Tums Global Enterprise started in 2015 with the aim of introducing new technology, improvements, and invention in electrical products before anyone else. Our reason for exitance has always been research and development of new electrical and Electronics products needed to improve households. We have always wanted introduce art to our customers through technology. We wanted to make houses feels like homes, to improve convenience through technology and to be able to manage your home from wherever you are. We were one of few companies to import, test and install touch switches, smart globes.

We also started with projects in electrical installation or hybrid system (mixture of Solar and Grid connection) and Satellite dish Installation for household. We also did electronics repair to component level on various Solar System devices from Inverters to DC television. From 2015 to date, we have done project in electrification of Rental flats, households, and installation of Solar Home system in both rural and urban settings

How do I know my Solar system Size when I want to buy one?

Once an order has been placed a dedicated team of Solar Expect will contact the customer to do a load assessment and then provide the customer with better options to choose from, a basic load calculation will be done when a quotation is made.

How do I make payment for my order?

After a quotation has been approved by customers, our Sales team will contact the customer with a Pro-forma invoice and all necessary banking details and where avail themselves to answer any question the customer might have.

How will I know how to use the system once installed?

Our trained installers and Customer Care Office will provide on-site training and provide a continuous follow-up calls until the customer fully understand how the system works.

How long after I place an order will my installation be done?

Once payment has been received, installation will be done within the next 5 – 6 days depending on the complexity of the installations. Only in special circumstances where the installations requirements needs a special component we do not have only then will new arrangement be made with customer.

What happens if my system is faulty and out of warranty?

When the system is faulty and out of warranty, Tums Global Enterprise will do o all repairs at a cost given and approvce by the customer before any work is carried out, where special arrangement needs to be made our company will engage the customer.

Can I go completely Off-grid using a Solar system?

Yes you can although cost will be a major factor, it all depend on the size, usage and component to be connected but with a hybrid of Solar and LPG it is all possible.
